Iniviuals intereste in applying to this program shoul submit their application an supporting ocuments throughSOPHAS,a general online application for schools of public health. A grauate fee is charge for this application,epening on the number of accreite schools to which you apply.

Stanarize Test Scores:

M.P.H.- GRE general test (institutional coe 5268),LSAT,MCAT,or GMAT. Waive for applicants who hol a grauate egree (i.e.,M.A.,M.S.,J.D.)

M.S.anPh.D.- Stuents must submit a GRE general test (institutional coe 5268).

Please note that the following minimum English language test scores are require for amission:

• Acaemic IELTS: an overall ban score of 7.0 with no iniviual ban score below 6.0; or
• TOEFL: 600 on paper-base or 100 on Internet-base; or
• PTE Acaemic: 68
