音乐硕士钢琴演奏（master of music in piano performance）
专为寻求作为独奏家，室内音乐家，伴奏者和教师的职业生涯做好充分准备的学生而设计。音乐硕士表演课程旨在通过个人学习，通过独奏，合奏和室内表演机会，在 教师艺术家 的指导下培养学生的音乐才能和技术专长。学校会提供非常多独奏音乐会以及室内音乐会的演奏机会。申请人必须拥有钢琴学士学位，并参加过两门高级钢琴文学课程。学制一般为两年学制。
从课程设置上来看，钢琴演奏专业课程一般有音乐公共必修课如：音乐学、音乐理论、音乐历史等 ;还有钢琴专业必修课程如：钢琴文学、钢琴教学、钢琴合奏、钢琴专业指导课、室内演奏以及伴奏、毕业独奏会等，其中钢琴专业stuio课程占主导。还有一些学校还会开设有乐教育的课程，比如钢琴教学法、教育心理学以及教学指导等课程。
