英国白金汉大学(The University of Buckingham)是全英唯一一所私立(独立大学)，1976年以白金汉大学学院的名字创立。1980年获得英国女王的特许妆后正式升格为大学。大学有权颁授学位，其学历国际认可，与中国教育部实现中英学历互认。
