I think you can analyse why the level is BC instead of AA or AB.You can find all the information you need about XJTLU in websites of XJTLU and Baidu Baike.In websites of XJTLU(English version),you can find the introduction of every programmes and every tutors or professors. Though the information iswritten in English, I think you can understand it.

它是比较新的学校，刚出来没多少人敢报，只有降低要求，估计以后要求会涨。资源，师资还不错，听说学风挺好。
