中国签证的有效期有三个月、半年、一年及两年，分为一次入境、两次入境、多次入境三种，具体要看申请人的签证情况。签证页上同时标注有外国人可在中国停留的时间，分别是7天、15天、30天、60天、90天、180天不等。外国人需要时刻注意自己的签证可允许停留的时间，逾期逗留的话，会被中国边检处罚。
